The Greenhouse at WILD in Brooklyn has become a trendy spot for its organic and gluten free cuisine; and are best known for their unique pizzas and home made pastas. It is one of two locations in New York, the original being in the west village, where Paul McCartney has dined. They also have a third location Las Vegas. But we love that the Brooklyn location is a simple ride on the "L" train and has a beautiful greenhouse to feast in. Girls On Grub started with a couple salads, including the Kale Caesar and Bruschetta.

The fresh mozzarella started to tease our taste buds, but the WILD White pizza worked them into a frenzy with truffle oil and overflowing cheese. We definitely did not miss the gluten, and we made sure not to miss a second slice. The bubbly golden edges were divine. We can see why Paul McCartney loves this so much.

WILD had several tempting home made pastas to choose from, but we loved the spaghetti with lemon sauce and fresh herbs. The light fair, made it easier to save room for dessert.

The tiramisu was soaked perfectly with great flavor and the texture was intoxicating. It was by far, the best dessert on the menu.
